The Research, Innovation & Publication Cell of Bijni College drives academic research. Established on March 18, 2021, it fosters an active scholarly environment for
faculty and students through institutional policies, seminars, and regular publications.
Key Journals and Publications
The cell publishes several multi-disciplinary, peer-reviewed journals and edited books:
Pratibha: A multilingual, multidisciplinary annual peer-reviewed national research journal published by the Women Empowerment Cell (ISSN: 2349-5286).
Economic Views: A peer-reviewed research journal specializing in the social sciences, published by the Department of Economics (ISSN: 2349-4646).
Anwesha: A regular multilingual and multidisciplinary research-based book series.
Departmental Magazines: Various annual publications including Quanta (Physics), Puthi (Bengali), Sparrow (Zoology), and Alary (Bijni College Bodo Literary Society)
are monitored by the cell.
Research Support and Initiatives:
The cell facilitates faculty publications by monitoring research articles and maintaining subscriptions to plagiarism software.

The institution regularly hosts university, state, national and international level academic seminars. It also hosts Workshop, Symposium, Intellectual Talk, Conferences
and IKS related indigenous cultural demonstrations.
