Bijni College feedback system is a digital framework used to collect, analyze, and act upon evaluations from students, teachers, alumni, and employers regarding teaching quality, curriculum, campus facilities and quality of graduate employees. The system allows students to securely log in, rate faculty performance, evaluate course structures, and submit comments. It enables administrators to manage user data, configure academic semesters, and generate consolidated PDF or graphical reports. The system replaces slow manual paper processes with fast, automated online collection. It helps institutions track metrics like communication, subject knowledge, and teaching methodology to upgrade education standards. It protects student identities to ensure honest, unbiased evaluations. For feedback administration Bijni College constitutes a Feedback Committee.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Committee:
1. Design questionnaires in google form to collect honest input from students, faculty, alumni and employers.
2. Identifying quality assurance standards and improving teaching methods.
3. Identifying gaps in the syllabus, library resources, labs, and campus infrastructure etc.
4. Identifying the quality of gradus from Bijni College in both public and private sector jobs.
5. Review and organise the collected responses into clear reports.
6. Pass the recommendations to Principal, Academic In-charge, IQAC Co-ordinator, librarian and Department Heads.
