evaluations, marks discrepancies, and university exams. It acts as a bridge between students, faculty, and the examination board to ensure transparency and prompt
resolution.
Steps for Grievance Redressal:
Departmental Level: Students should first raise issues (such as missed marks or out-of-syllabus questions) directly with their subject teacher or class coordinator or
Head of Department (HoD).
Escalation:
If unresolved, students submit a formal written application or a grievance form to the Convenor, Examination Grievance Redressal Cell of Bijni College
Review & Resolution:
Grievance Redressal Cell members verify authenticity and reviews evaluated answer if internal examination mater.
