Bijni College faculty outreach programme fosters collaboration and skill-sharing between higher education institutions and the broader community, including local schools, rural areas, and other colleges. These initiatives primarily aim to enhance teaching and research capabilities, promote social responsibility, and bridge educational gaps. Bijni College organises faculty outreach initiatives to address societal needs, provide aid, and mentor underprivileged groups.
ACTIVITY
1. Life Skills & Mentoring: Faculty frequently visit old age homes and community centers to provide basic tutorials and social support.
2. Awareness Campaigns: Faculty members lead drives focused on health, digital literacy, environmental sustainability, and legal rights.
3. Student Engagement: These programmes organised by Bijni College Faculty introduce young students to higher education disciplines and career paths.
4. Science & Innovation Labs: Institutions host hands-on science or technology workshops, lab tours, and interactive experiments for high schoolers
5. Career Counseling: Academics assist school students and prospective college applicants by providing guidance on admissions, scholarships, and degree paths.
The faculty of Departments of Bijni Colleges sign Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) to share infrastructure, host faculty training workshops, facilitate guest lectures for faculty exchange programme.
