It provides personalised guidance, skill-development workshops, and placement assistance to help students identify their strengths and align them with suitable career paths.

Personalized Counselling: One-on-one sessions to assess students’ aptitudes, interests, and career aspirations.
Skill Development: Training for resume building, group discussions, and personal interviews.
Placement & Internships: Facilitating campus interviews, maintaining corporate networks, and organizing job or internship drives.
Higher Studies & Competitive Exams: Guiding students on pursuing postgraduate courses and offering competitive examinations Preparation Short Term Courses.
Entrepreneurship: The Cell in collaboration with NRDS (A group of Institutions), one of the premier education Institute of North-East India providing vocational training and incubation support for students interested in self-employment.
