Bijni College Historical Forum

The “Bijni College Historical Forum” is founded on 14th August, 2025 through the collaborative efforts of faculty members and students of the Department of History, Bijni College, Bijni. The “Bijni College Historical Forum” is a student-centered platform. This forum is dedicated to promoting the study and appreciation of history, while also fostering co-curricular engagement both inside and outside the classroom. The forum aims to provide wide range of opportunities for students to connect with the past through seminars, research projects, soft skills training, creative thinking and personality development programs, literary and cultural activities such as debates, extempore speeches, exhibitions, and other extracurricular events. It serves as a link between academic knowledge and historical consciousness, aiming to ignite curiosity and cultivate a critical understanding of historical and cultural developments.

Objectives of the Forum:

  1. To promote inclusive and cohesive environment among the students through academic learning.
  2. To provide the opportunity for developing self-personality.
  3. To foster creative and critical thinking by engaging students in extracurricular activities.
