Mentor Mentee
ABOUT
Mentoring program organised by Bijni College is a well-structured initiative where experienced faculty guide and support students to achieve their academic, personal, and professional goals. These programs help with navigating college life, developing skills, and building confidence through one-on-one meetings, counseling, and career guidance. The goal is to create a supportive partnership that helps students succeed and prepare for their future careers.

- Personal and emotional support: Mentors offer encouragement and support to help students adjust to college life, manage challenges, and develop a sense of well-being.
- Career guidance: Programs aim to help students transition from college to a career by providing advice on professional development, industry insights, and opportunities like internships and networking.
- Skill development: Mentoring helps students develop various skills, including leadership, communication, and problem-solving, and encourages them to participate in extracurricular activities.
- Structure and activities: Programs often involve regular one-on-one meetings, and some may include group sessions, workshops, and activities focused on personal and professional growth.
