The College has hostel facility for both Boys and Girls.College has a Women’s Hostel named after the former Principal LateUday Chandra Das along with 32 seats. The hostel has a separate building for SC Girl students having 22 seats.
The college has a ST Boys’ Hostel with 20 seats in the name of Bijni College Boys Hostel.
There is a Women Awareness Cell operating in the college to sensitize the whole college fraternity regarding the specific needs and issues of the women.
It consists of the Principal as the Chairperson, a teacher as convener and some other teachers as members. It addresses the various grievances and sort out the problems faced by the students inside the college campus.
It strives to take care of various academic and career goals of the students through counselling, guidance and mentoring. It provides for both individual and group mentoring through a well-structured mechanism.
To protect the female students, staff and teachers of the college there exists an Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell which functions to resolve any issue arising out of a complaint of sexual harassment.
To bring awareness about hygienic practices and cleanliness among all the stake holders and particularly the students within the campus. It also takes care of scientific disposal of waste materials and recycling of natural and other resources.
The College has a well-equipped canteen. The food quality, hygiene and maintenance of reasonable price etc. are regularly monitored by the Canteen Management Committee.
