To bring awareness about Environmental Degradation and Climate Change in collaboration with ASTEC. It undertakes different programmes to make the students as ambassadors of global concern for the broader society.

To develop leadership quality and inculcate in them a sense of social responsibility the college has a number of NSS units.

Our college, being one of the best colleges it is facilitated with Bi-cycle, Motor Cycle & Car parking space. The parking space is a major part of this facility which provides convenience to the students in terms of their storage and maintenance. It can be used by college going students and staff members only.

To inculcate in the students a sense of social responsibility and commitment to the surrounding community Extension Activity Cell organizes various outreach programme outside the campus for the benefit of the society.

It strives to take care of various academic and career goals of the students through counselling, guidance and mentoring. It provides for both individual and group mentoring through a well-structured mechanism.

The College has hostel facility for both Boys and Girls.College has a Women’s Hostel named after the former Principal LateUday Chandra Das along with 32 seats.
