Departmental Facilities & Activities:-

v  The Departmental library boasts of more than 350books which includes specimen copies.

v  The department maintains a collection of handicrafts items.

v  The Department publishes a wall magazine “Eco-View”

v  The Department also additionally publishes “Economics View” a weighty journal of articles and research papers on issues having economic implication.

v  The Department organises and conducts the annual study tour of students to places having relevance to the subject taught by it.

Some Departmental Activities:

1.Educational tour by the Economics Dept. to Asarikandi, Terracotta Village, Dhubri District

                An educational tour was under taken by the Dept. Of Economics on 9th March 2016 to Asarikandi, Terracotta Village, Dhubri District. Twenty four students and four faculty members visited the village Madhakhali , P.O.- Asarikandi. The students interacted with Dhiren Pal , renowned terracotta artist and national award winner.
